It feels so good to be back on track. I did pretty good this week. I’m back to exercising 5 days a week. I actually missed it. Here’s what I did this week:
Monday- Walked 1 mile and Strength Training (SparkPeople)
Tuesday- Walked/Jogged 2 miles
Wednesday- Strength Training (SP)
Thursday- Sick
Friday- Strength Training
